The tax dollar goes to fund those military programs. When do they care about the people. The "Common prosperity" really means for those higher ups, not for the common people. Their bellies are fully, their family's bellies are full and the local people are starving, high in debt, tofu buildings, or uncomplete buildings, no jobs for graduates.
And they wonder why the population is decreasing; no marriage, no children.
They haven;t lived the life of the common folks, so they don't know jack. These problems, the officials will never have to worry about. Their children have everything, they have everything. It is all about they having it all. Screw the people. The officials step on the common people. The common people are the slaves, while they are the kings.

THe problem with these young gen is that they buy buy buy. THey need need and need; Need a house, why not rent. Need a car, why not take public transportation. If these gen don't buy car or house, they won't be in this mess.
If they have so much debt and then raise another mouth of feed. Man. totally poor financial planning. I think he just plan day by day. LIving the risky life, it seems. When limited funds in bank; no house, no car, no wife, no children. ONly those that have funds (like at least a million rmb) can think about having a wife/child. But no own property. Only funds of more than 2 million is safe.
I understand that many cant' even say up 100k. Then, live within ones means. If one has less than 100k rmb, follow the 4 nos: house, car, wife, children. Raise oneself by feeding and shelter oneself is already a good life.

I still don't understand why these graduates are complaining. They have a job, and it is probability their first job ever. We westerns, starting work at 16, slowly gaining experience from flipping burgers at 16 to becoming a teacher. So their first job, is like flipping burgers, with a useless degree. They should be happy. They should work at family mart or some convenience store when summer came. But of course, they were using that time, memorizing useless Chinese poems and taking other useless classes. The best experience is working experience. Get out there, and experience the real world. Sweep the floor for 5RMB per hour. This will open their eyes that life is all forms, shape and sizes. Only then, can they truely experience all levels of life from street cleaners to the big big.

Your parents taught you wrong, the society taught you wrong. Studying hard with those paper university does not mean you can get a good paying job. Too many people have those paper and those with foreigner papers can't find good job. So, again, society and parents taught you wrong. The paper isn't a ticket. You also need luck and personality, hard skills, experience that few have. Only then, are you valuable. But if anyone has similar attributes, employer has more choice and can lower the salary. But if your skill sets are rare, you can demand more. So, again, paper means jack.
The winners are university, as it is a business.

Why are young people reluctant to work in factories: because they were raised to be little emperors and empresses. They were protected by their parents to not endure hardship. In the west, teens flip burgers in the summer, sweating. The west kids starting working at age 16, starting from the very bottom. These chinese prince and princess start their career at the age of 22, if they are lucky to get a job. And when they cant get their desired job, they are good at bitching, so it is too hard. Teens in the west, started early, and by the time they are 22, they have experienced hard labor: including mopping floor, washing dishes, etc. Fuking 22 yr old cry babies.

These Chinese people would have more money in the pocket, if they DID not take huge mortgage, and instead rent, since most of the monthly mortgage bills goes towards the interest and not the principle. Those who mortgage took BIG risk. And the blame is the mortgage owner, NOT the banks nor the dropping house price. So, the fault is entirely on them.
These Chinese people want everything, they want house and car and yet they can't afford it. They are chasing the dream of forever debt, with no saving and no plan B.
They brag to their family and peers that they bought a car/house, but they dont OWN IT, since it was bought on credit.
So anyone who brags to me that they just bought a new house or car, l ask them, do you FULLY own it?
The banks can ruin one's life, if one cannot pay their mortgage on time or defaulting. THose who default and can no longer afford their house and car is called what? LOSER.

For many jobs, many do not require a degree. FOr me, l only need the degree in CHIna to get a working visa.
Foreigners in CHina will also be more valuable that local citizens. This is a fact! FOr example a fresh grad teaching in China, for a 1st tier city, can easily make 15-25k+ WHile a fresh grad of a Chinese adult, if lucky, 8k. It is not wonder, why some fresh grads don't like us foreigners. They think, they work just as hard as we do, maybe more. In the end, we make MORE than them in EVERYWAY.
Some even say, we are stealing their job.
I say, yup, I am.
Or they say, go back to your foreign land, we don't want you
I say, apparently the company I work for, needs me.
Any jeolous fresh grad say shit about us foreigners, l rub my contact in front of their face, showing them my 6 fig USD salary (converted from RMB)

ALL these leftover/mature women, all believe they are exceptional and unique. NEver have they thoughf of what men wants. They only think what they can GET from men from their undesireable CV in the marriage market.
For men, their CV is on their face and body, no papers gained at institutions.
For men POV, they can't afford those mature women with their high life style, high consumptions.
Men go for 20s, bc not only they are young, they are innocent from society, have not shaped by society's opinion or peers. We men want fresh off the boat/uni. Fresh = no work experience, no life experience, fresh and new and simple.
Men can shape their mindset that is why establish and well off men in their 30-35 go them. It is a good trade. He provides comfort and living experience, when she gives him her youth and beauty.
By marrying the left over = higher chance for divorced.

No one force them to take large loans for the house. To the woman crying, your decision your responsiblitity, your emotions. I don't see people complaining or crying when their housing value shot up? Cry your own sorrows at home, that is not fully paid for and belongs to the bank, because of their mortgage. They buy because others buy. They buy believing the housing value will always rise. THey buy to keep up with the jones. Ha. Always buy within your means. No money, rent! THat is the problem with Chinese people, they must buy property. Fine, l get that. But if one can't afford and then take out millions in RMB, no one force them. Their fault, their problem, their culture.
A 10 Million rmb house in a first tier city like BJ or SH, that money can buy a mini mansion in America. And it is only an apartment, not a house. A mini mansion in US, with that amount of money, not only do you get a house, but the land is yours!

Always have a backup plan. DO not put all your mables in one basket. These Chinese people were overly confident. And want to "show" off that they also have a home to their peers and neighbours and friends. By taking HUGE loans, millions in rmb, is a big risk. Lesson learned too late. Now they lost everything. Being overly confident is a death trap. One should have at least 3 million rmb in a 1st tier save before even buying. FOr example, have at least 70% funds and then take out the 30% as a loan. But many chinese are opposite, down payment of less than 20% and take out 80% loan. THey never consider: What if we lost our job. WHat if the company goes bankrupt, what if we get laid off, what if there are unexpected cost, like medicial. Many Chinese people in CHina have poor managmenet or finanical literacy. They only think "the moment". I would never buy a house/apt in china unless i have MILLIONs in the bank, at least 4 million to buy a 5 million.
And saying, they know nothing about the economic and economic bubble is just pure stupidity. Housing price CAN"T rise forever and those believed it well. Even those without economic degrees have a better understand than those with economic degree.
And those buying car, think it is a NEEd. No, it is a want. And cars have a depreciating value as it ages. WHen someone tells me he/she needs a car, l sigh. Their priority is reverse. ONe might argue, it is because my job is far away. I guess, they miss calcuate time, fuel cost, mental stress of traffic. If the job is too far, find a job that is closer. Owning a car is like raising a child. Needs: food, insurance and maintennce , space, etc. It is a big cost owning a car as a middle income family.
