  1. I dont' feel sorry for those who took mortgage and then lost it all. They were too greedy, never satisfied of what they have and so they took those huge loans. Those that lost everything, money, house, wife, friends, etc. They gambled with a mortgage and lost. I will never take a mortgage loan. I just pay the property with cash. NO need to involve the bank, no need to pay interest. No hassle. Just a direct transfer to the seller and the property is mine! Paid in FULL.

  2. Why contribute to pension when after 20 yrs, the money is inflated and most of the money ends up in other's deep pockets. Save money oneself. You are in control and not the govt.
