  1. The guy that bought the house, who's fault is it, taking such HUGE loans and now complaining about it. Because of these people, housing price is so high, because of the high competition to secure a house. Now, people can't afford it! HA. Housing mortgage is a death trap. For me, l will only get a mortgage, after paying a down payment of 80%. They put too much effort into securing a house, without enough money in the bank and take out huge loans, to keep with the "Joes" Crying about it won't help.
