  4. The BIgs should target foreigners who has been in China for yrs. They have a HUGE saving and high incomes, more so than avg local citizen. They can definitely afford an apt in 1st tier city. ALL they need is a little push, say, some major benefits such as tax breaks and low interest rate mortgage, lower than the market price. Since foreigners have a high guarantee to repay and less chance to default due to their high monthly salary of 15+k -45 kper month after taxes.

  5. Chinese think their paper is GOLD, thinking it is the most value thing in the world. They were brainwashed. Foreigners in China is always and will be more valuable than any Chinese with high degrees. 8k min for foreigners is consider very low 8k for local chinese is consider high.
