  1. In China public school, parents will give red pockets bc the class size are huge. As stated in the video 40-60 students in class is normal. So how can there be quality education when the ratio is 50:1 ANd if parents dont bribe the teacher, he/she will be left alone/behind. If you have money, international school classes are small, about 15-20. As these school care about quality and not quantity (as in local school: biggest bang for your buck). And bc internation pays very high, teachers can be fired if quality is bad. Where as public govt run. Once the teacher is in, there is not QC or if there is, the head teacher doesn't really care. Whether working hard or not, he/she still has a job and gets paid.
