  1. Living in SH or other 1st tier city are for high income earners and those who can find success quickly. Only few can find success from those that are NOT from SH. Those who are from SH, will still have a home (parent's house). SH is for those who can survive and adapt.

  2. The interviewer is right, company has no train, energy or resources to train these fresh graduates. They have no working experience and this is a BIG cost to the company. These young graduates has education, but no real working experience. When l graduated uni, i already done many part time and seasonal jobs.
