  1. Because they have little to no working exprience. THey have this paper, but no company is willing to train them; cost the boss; time, money and energy. They should do internship, unpaid. Get some experience first, before worrying about money. Many don't even work during their off time. The one question during the interview that will kill them. Boss: Why should I hire you Newly gradulate: Becuase I am hard working, I have a degree. Boss: ok. Thank you. Next. The man said: I play everyday during uni. Wasted time! Could of worked part time, learned another skill on the side., do voluteern work. ANd now, all these graduates bit** about, is how no wants to hire them. Or when they do get hired, they bit** about the low salary. THey think uni paper is a golden ticket. Maybe so, 20 yrs ago. Now, experience is more valuable than just a piece of paper. WHat they learned at school is soon to be outdated.
