  2. Business are ran by men (generally). Yes, there are few CEO women, but are mainly men! So again, generally, women aren't really valued in the work place. Men do NOT want women to have power in the work place. Sorry ladies. This is the truth. Men still see women as home marker. Why promote a women to a high position, when they have family responsibilities of child rearing and taking care of the elderly? Women are too emotional when they break down in the work place. Those reading my comment, think I am discriminating against women. But the fact is (and you don't want to accept) it is in their DNA. Men are the leaders of this world. Men run business and etc. In history, men were rulers. History is deep and it is hard to change. Even though women are fighting for equal rights, it is just words. Women can't do men's job! Simple and Period.

  3. That is why, during interview, l ask: can l meet the leader of the team, before l even accept the offer being offered. If it is a man, l'll accept. If it is a women, l would like to chat with her, before accepting. For example, in all my teaching position, there was one TC l quit (started looking for a new job after TWO months) because it was ran by CHINESE women. I was not happy how she manage the foreign teachers, thinking she and them are better than us. Without us foreign teacher, there will be no TC/business. The center only had business bc of foreigners. So, basically, we are the ones earning the money for THEM. They only had the physical building, a brand and resources. What good are these things, if there was no foreigner teachers to teach their client. I too, can get resource, build a brand and get a building (rent). So the TC has no value. The only value was us foreigners. We were the ones servicing the students. Their job was to get them in! I can do that as well. All other jobs l had, l had finished the contract and renewed bc they were ran by foreign females or males (chinese and foreigners). My point is: I do not want to by lead by a Chinese women leader in the dept or company!!!

  4. The men stated it very well. That is why employers ask if she is married, how many children, how old is she. So that company can calculate their risk. His logic makes perfect sense. That is why companies only higher married with children because employers know, they can't take advantage of them. I also hire either: fresh grad or mature married women with children.

  5. Gender discrimination (like racisim) WILL always exist, even though there are laws. So lades, that is just a fact in the work place and in society. We dont want feminist. We want a women to be a women. Beautiful, raise children well, take care of the elderly, take care of the household. That is what men want and need! Let me take care of business, society, politics, economics!

Those who disagree is because they can't handle the truth. -men build society -men are inventors (history) and created big national companies -Men are leaders of this world (99%)-politics and governance -Men are CEO, yes there are female CEO, but the numbers/percentage are small. -Men in military Prove to me that: --women build society? women are inventors (history) and created big national companies-small percentage -women out number men in leaders-politics and governance-few -Women CEO out number men -Women out number men in military/war? need l say more!
