  2. 7:58 The reason women always go for 10’s and 9’s and all that is because they don’t understand what a bell curve is. They don’t know anything about the normal distribution. They don’t know that the 1-10 scale is actually just a 1-9 scale with 5 as the mean, and that about 65-70% of the population lands in the 4-6 range. About 12% is in the 2-3 range and another 12% is in the 7-8 range. That leaves only roughly 5% or so to be split evenly between the 1 category and the 9 category. There are no 10’s because that indicates zero flaws, and there are no 0’s because being alive gets you at least a 1.

  5.  @mikey92362  Yeah, the more people there are, but the per capita numbers don’t seem to change much. Most innovations come from university studies and experimentation, of which many dozens or even hundreds of people and processes are involved. Shortly we will see innovations made mostly by AGI.
