  2.  @Iswasted1  The States created the central gov and the States can nullify the central gov. That means the States DEFINITELY have the power to do what you say they can’t. You both need to educate yourself on the Tenth Amendment. Read it!

  5.  @michaelhuegel4146  You’re right and you’re wrong. The Tenth Amendment was written for the states to nullify the central gov when the central gov fails to act. Abbott, as one example, has 15,000+ National Guard under his control that he could have deployed the day Biden opened the borders. They could have been stopping this invasion and turning them back at gunpoint. Abbott is weak and cowardly.
