  1. I think androids walking around will receive data from the cloud network. There's no need to have independent intelligence EXCEPT if the idea is to build a single conscious entity. Which would clearly be the preferred model. Imagine briefly going to the distant future, grabbing a single android and bringing it back (or the plans). Lets face it, its going to be living organs and analog and digital, with a cloud server safety backup and control feature. And then they'll take over, as expected.
