I agree with your assessment. So you would definitely agree Toni should be murder1 and Kody (although extreme self cantered) should be murder in the 2nd degree? I doubt Kody did the final blow, it was definitely Toni from beginning to end. Jealousy for younger girls especially can be quite a cruel misguided belief in their mind. Clearly Micaela was NOT interested in Kody. Kody was pissed off that Micaela refused his advances. Probably would have left it at that. Toni was extremely angry at Micaela through jealousy. To me it seems blatantly obvious Toni was the planner, instigator, and murderer. Kodi is basically a mixed up selfish idiot, not ever knowing which way to go. Micaela was the fully innocent party, she could not have foreseen such anger from her ex boyfriend's girlfriend. I'm positive she had an inclination to stay away from her.
