The US constitution is a rule-of-law democracy divided into 3 branches: Legislative, Executive, Judicial, not a dictatorship. If there are no witnesses, the trial must be stopped immediately. If the witness Michael Cohen has committed wrongdoing in the past, lying to Judge Merchan must be handled immediately. Michael Cohen is a qualified witness. If the legal entity continues to appear in court to testify or not, if Michael Cohen lied, he must be prosecuted and charged with slander, and the person must compensate Trump for his attorney's fees or Michael Cohen must go to jail.
