Congress does not have the power to intervene in DOJ & FBI law enforcement, but it does have the power to investigate DOJ & FBI abuse of government funds in corruption to cover up criminals using political weapons and possibly cut spending. DOJ & FBI targets and congress may bring criminal proceedings to the Supreme Court for trial. House Judiciary President Jim Jordan can file charges against Joe Biden, Merrick Garland & Chirs Wray to the Supreme Court.
