Congress does not have the power to intervene in DOJ &FBI law enforcement, but it does have the power to investigate and view DOJ & FBI documents that misuse government funds corruptly to cover up perpetrators of political weaponization. Congress can cut DOJ & FBI funding and Congress can bring executive action to the Supreme Court for trial. House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan can file charges against Joe Biden, Merrick Garland & Chirs Wray and corrupt officials to the Supreme Court.
