  1. "Stakeholder Capitalism" is Syndicalism. It's an old Marxist idea that syndicates (trade unions) would become 'organs' of the state. 'Organs' like a body... body, corpse, corporation. That's where the word comes from. And trade unions that embody the nation are called Corporations. It's an old Revolutionary Syndicalist idea.
