  1. Jack Smith is being celebrated because he essentially set a trap. Either the Court rules in his favor and Trump's charges stick, or rules in favor of Trump and we get perfectly timed riots going into 24. And even if SCOTUS rules in favor of Trump it will just be ignored like most of their decisions over the last few years.
