@DigitalApex Tennessee is still very red. Around Nashville is the biggest issue with libs. Chattanooga was actually becoming Silicon Valley east because at the time they had the fastest internet in the country. That isn't the case anymore though so the libs stopped moving in. I won't be surprised if North Carolina flips blue in 2024.

@josephsmith2417 Retirees and tourism is what runs Florida. Those retirees are mostly from the northeast. Especially now, those retirees are loaded. It's not the 1970s anymore. And yes, those old people on fixed income tend to need lots of medical care which is a huge part of Florida's economy. They also go to the parks, beaches, restaurants, etc. Their family comes to visit them and they do the same. And why would you even default to partying? Are you some gender confused zoomer? If anything I would have noted theme parks if you want to talk about tourism. Florida is trying to get away from the partying which really hasn't been a thing since the MTV days 20+ years ago. And spring break is one moment out of the entire year. You think that brings in more money than people living there? There's a reason the cities are cracking down on partying which the locals are tired of. You really can't be that dense to think people flooding there for retirement doesn't impact the economy. The entire state is set up to accommodate retirees. Holy shyt. But keep liking your own comments if it makes you feel better. Please respond, I want to hear what dipshyt argument you have.
