  1.  @Mike_HuntizWet  I always thought that Pence could refuse to count the states that sent dueling electors, which would then send it to a House delegation vote. I'm leaning towards this because Pelosi and McConnell are trying to change election laws so the VP is forced to agree with whichever votes the states have certified.
