  2.  @ronfox5519  it's to set precedent for other states to do the same in the primary and in the general. If they can get a swing state to take Trump off the ballot the election is over.

  3. Even if it gets overturned, the whole point was to get other states to do the same. Trump won't be able to get it overturned in each state before the election. Putting faith in SCOTUS to do the right thing is foolish and their decision will likely be ignored anyway.

  5. Trump would lose the CO primary then. If enough states jump on the bandwagon Trump could lose the primary and never even make it to the general.
