  3. The polls are nonsense. Most are carried out poorly or have small samples. You can copy/paste the polls from every election: the early polls always show the GOP well ahead, a few months out the dems catch up to within a few points, the week of the election shows the dems ahead by a few points. Polls are used to motivate dem voters.
