@demodiums7216 their argument was that the mask mandate was lifted but the school still required them. Besides the fact that kids are barely effected by covid, the long term psychological effects of kids wearing masks is never taken into account, or the reduced oxygen consumption for 6/7 hours a day. It's a good issue to go after. The school shouldn't be able to continue state mandates that have been lifted

The government is circumventing many amendments by working through private businesses. Just like covid passports. Biden encourages them but will never pass legislation because its unconstitutional. Meanwhile businesses will fall in line and require covid passports. If SCOTUS weren't spineless, we would need a ruling on this. Your constitutional rights shouldn't be canceled if you enter a business, or a private company and not the government violates them. They should always apply
