@joshuaroe1402 you just heard that from Tim Pool. The important part of that law is that the driver can't be sued in civil court by the people they hit. Previous to that law, the driver could avoid criminal charges but still be held civilly liable

@claytonburkland6205 everything is already weaponized against conservatives. What we need are true self defense laws and actually have them enforced. If your car is surrounded by a mob and they're preventing you from leaving you should be justified in driving through the mob to escape

@claytonburkland6205 yea that's true, but we've been seeing (especially in blue states) that isn't working. And even if they were not found criminally responsible, they could still be held civilly liable before this law
