@Batmans_Pet_Goldfish that seems highly unlikely as the pipeline would be more valuable as a bargaining chip to get the EU to stop supporting Ukraine. Plus destroying the pipeline cuts a huge income stream for Russia.

@Bongface. exactly why it most likely wasn't Russia. I'm leaning toward it being the US. It's a massive escalation and Biden said he would do this a few months ago.

@adamcheeseplease still doesn't make sense. Why would they take out their bargaining chip and income stream that they've already invested a lot of money into? They don't need popular support if they're just going to draft people. It makes way more sense that the US or other western power did it to continue escalation, especially after Biden's comments a few months back.
