  2.  @scallen3841  even if the midterms aren't fortified, the Republicans won't impeach anyone. They're great at doing nothing. Also the democrats put Kamala in there as an insurance policy. Plus it might be better to keep Biden in place to make the Democrats look bad for 2024.
