  1. When you talk about the PC culture and wussification of law enforcement, you're spot on. These officers are dead because of this. Our governor in CT recently passed the Police Accountability Act. This alone makes policing not worth it as there's a good chance you'll be sued and the city/state no longer has to represent you. Insane limits on use of force basically force officers into situations where all they can do is shoot. Every department in the state is horribly understaffed now and wall to wall negative media coverage is why these officers are dead.
