@coloradoing9172 I love how everyone who claims running can't damage knees doesn't or hasn't actually ran. An easy jog here and there won't do anything but pushing high mileage every week will absolutely wear down your knees and feet. Just keep watching videos and thinking you're an expert.

@TacticalDimples I realize this channel is directed more towards the layman and average out of shape adult but if you stress your body enough things start to give out. Pro athletes get injured and they have the best trainers and doctors in the world. Marathon runners get knee injuries and stress fractures. Yes wear and tear is real. Your joints can only handle so much repeated stress. Tendons and ligaments recover much slower than muscle. Once your start moving real weights in the gym youll understand. Just keep your mouth shut and stay in your lane and keep eating pancakes dimples.

Is there a benefit to fasted cardio? Would that change the ratio of fat burned to carbs burned? Or would the body just use muscle glycogen?
