@muskyoxes He did t even shop it to a random "judge." He specifically filed the case at a particular courthouse, because she's the only federal judge that works there.

@linnetcooke5967 Yes, it depends on precedent. But in the US, the courts make precedent. I believe in the UK, it's the lawmakers that make precedent. Not 100% sure on that for England though

@helenpauls1496 Except if she decides to allow motions to delay the case until after the election, refuse to allow evidence needed to convict, or throw out the case entirely. Her being on the case is indeed a massive problem. She bent the law multiple times to help Trump after the FBI searched his house. It seems like it's not a big deal because you haven't seen many other corrupt judges before.

@muskyoxes Isn't used to him? After 4 years under his presidency? Nah that's not it. She flat out said in her ruling that she didn't trust the Justice Department that the documents marked "classified" were actually classified government records. She also said she didn't trust them when they said they needed the records to address national security concerns. That complete disregard for common sense shows an unbelievable level of bias against the government. Than add to the fact that she has been overruling the special master she appointed after he nearly forced Trump to swear under oath that he declassified the docs, and what he thought the FBI planted. She doesn't even have jurisdiction over the case since the FBI did not violate Trump's right but she took it anyway. This judge is doing everything she can to protect him.
