People who steal classified documents, ignore subpoenas to give them back, and tell their lawyers to lie to the FBI always get locked up. @Sister_4Anita Her job was unoffical and was to get funding to the countries of origin and try to solve things diplomatically, which is obviously the official job of the State Department.
