@painkillerjones6232 The "bipartisan infrastructure bill" that passed last November. There are and will continue to be new infrastructure projects popping up all over the country. For the next several years. Republicans have been and will continue to claim credit for improving their communities. Even though most of them they voted against it.

@classickruzer1 If Trump thought he could beat Dems, why did he feel he had to extort a country to dig up dirt on them??
2
I know. How dare the Democrats impeach Trump for corruption even though republicans didn’t like it
2
@trainz8769 The most powerful country on earth is not going to get destroyed. What you mean is that you don't want other countries to catch up to us.
1
@painkillerjones6232 There's a difference. Republicans are taking credit for Biden's accomplishments even though they voted against it
1
@painkillerjones6232 Are you really saying we didn't have a need for more infrastructure money? Look at our roads. Look at our bridges. Lead in our pipes. Airports falling into disrepair. How are we supposed to compete with China? If St. Louis politicians are tying to figure out how to spend it, I guarantee you it's because they are being forced to prioritize. Not because they have "too much" money. No major city will ever have "too much" money for infrastructure.

@bellaraio5783 It really is a cult. Trump supporters will cheer on any crime as long as it's a Republican that's doing it. To think they tout themselves as the tough on crime party.
1
Vgpl0 In the history books, it will say that Republicans didn’t want to hear anymore bad news that might incriminate their favorite president.
1
Josh Johnson They impeached him because he — of all people — was trying to rig the election. If Trump knew Democrats were trying to impeach him, why give them a golden opportunity?? If Trump murdered someone, would you support his removal from office?
1
sulfier bloodline Democrats failed because Republicans do not feel there is anything too extreme for Trump. Tell me something: what could Trump do that would make you support impeachment...?? My point exactly
1
Josh Johnson Yea I could bring the evidence, but Senate Republicans would probably block it... JUST LIKE ALL INNOCENT, NON-CORRUPT PEOPLE DO.
1
@joshjohnson2600 I just realized something about Republicans. You don't actually care if Trump is guilty. This is just a game for you. Like a sport...but politics. And you are rooting for your chosen team no matter how immoral and no matter what rules they break. And you justify it by accusing Democrats of being 'just as corrupt' and 'snowflakes' because they tried to hold your team accountable.
1
@joshjohnson2600 Democrats already had almost ALL of the facts from the very beginning. That's what made this impeachment so simple. They had the whistleblower report and Trump handed them the call transcript thinking it would exonerate him (that's how warped his mind is). Everything else was just a formality. Republicans just refused to listen because they don't want him removed. Also, here is your proof of a crime. And it actually was plastered all over the news: https://www.google.com/search?source=hp&ei=EP40XojYCYnNtQaKmIT4Dg&q=gao+trump+law&oq=gao+trump+law&gs_l=psy-ab.3..0.463.2326..2454...0.0..0.97.842.13......0....1..gws-wiz.......0i131j0i10.QAGR6apDFIY&ved=0ahUKEwiIoMjNwa_nAhWJZs0KHQoMAe8Q4dUDCAc&uact=5 That's why I don't think Republicans actually care if Trump committed a crime. Just another excuse that belongs in the trash.

Rabbi Jesus The Dems only blocked the whistleblower and Hunter Biden... for obvious reasons. Republicans only wanted to expose the whistleblower (who was right on every allegation) and Hunter Biden had no information on what Trump did (they just wanted to damage his father). Republicans didn’t bother to call any first-hand witnesses. It’s not the Dems’ fault that there were no witnesses who could exonerate Trump (because Trump is guilty). So enough with the mind games. We all know he did it. Btw, Republicans were free too call whoever they wanted in the Senate to exonerate the president. What happened? John Bolton happened, and everyone believes him over Trump. Too bad Republicans in Congress don’t have a spine to punish cheating in their own party. The Republican Party will forever be known as the party that ENDORSES presidential corruption. First Nixon, now Trump. Blocking Obama’s judges. Racial gerrymandering. You guys sure like to play dirty to get what you want. And that’s why this country is so divided.
1
Rabbi Jesus That may be true. But everything I said is still true. Prove me wrong. Republicans don’t mind a little cheating and a little corruption in their politicians as long as it gets them what they want. https://youtu.be/c5jkYN_wG7c
1
Rabbi Jesus More insults and no facts. And I continue to be correct. But you just HAVE to get the last word in without presenting any information. https://youtu.be/c5jkYN_wG7c

@Michael-yl2iq That's true. There is not a single Democrat that thinks Trump should stay in office. But given that he's not going anywhere, why should vulnerable Dems put their seat and their party's majority at risk. That's why some voted against the articles in the House, and same logic for the Senate.
1
@Michael-yl2iq Dershowitz was ridiculed because he said nothing a president does for re-election is impeachable if he believes his re-election is in the national interest. He literally endorsed cheating in an election. If I'm not mistaken that's quite a bit different than making the right votes to keep your seat in Congress.
1
M But he is defending Trump for cheating in the election. What are we supposed to think he means. Come on man. Stop with the word games. He was there to endorse cheating, that was his only reason for being there. His message was: “You cannot impeach Trump for cheating because he thought his re-election was in the national interest.”
1
@lG22209 That would be Trump and Biden combined. The first two requests packages were signed under Trump. And the federal reserve bank which does the actual money printing sets its own policies about how much to print. At the moment they are pulling money back out of the economy and will continue do so for the foreseeable future
