Don't purposely ruin anyone's reputation with false claims and you have nothing to worry about. Dominion has every right to defend their reputation. Fox News caused every conservative in America to falsely believe Dominion was the enemy.

Actually the point is to restore Dominion's reputation. And possibly punish Fox for being dishonest. But you're gonna believe what you want to believe.

Trump supporters want to be lied to. Otherwise they say they are being bullied.
1
No. Not the same. I know you're going to immediately go into defense mode, so let me explain. 1. Russia DID interfere at the direct order of Putin, and Trump was happy to have it. 2. Trump fired the FBI director for not ending the investigation, which directly led to Trump being investigated himself just days later.

They incurred reputational damage. That's the whole point of a defamation suit. Fox defamed them. Now conservatives think an innocent company is the enemy.

CNN viewers are generally more intelligent than Fox News viewers. CNN doesn't have to worry about their viewers changing the channel because they aren't promoting enough conspiracy theories.

Everyone who says we are a republic, not a democracy is just looking for minority rule over the majority.

@fakenewsisthenews3542 No it would not be enough to overturn anything. Because no fraud was ever shown.
1
In other words, you're mad that lies have consequences.
1
@davidwheatman2042 But Dominion is NOT the government. You just want them to be treated like the government since they are providing them a service. That's not how capitalism works. Also, you are admitting that you want to lie about the government. Because it would still be a lie, whether Domnion got government treatment or not.
1
@davidwheatman2042 You can criticize Lockheed's products. But if someone with the force of Fox News knowingly lies and convinces their viewers that Lockheed is using their technology to secretly attack millions of right-leaning Americans (the equivalent of Dominion "stealing votes"), Lockheed will have every right to sue Fox into the ground.

@jonm9538 But it wasn't a hoax. Russia DID interfere in the election. Ordered by Putin directly. There might be some dispute about how much it affected the election, but there is no dispute that Putin interfered to help Trump. I'm pretty sure this is why Republicans seem to be so pro-Russia nowadays. Even though Putin is a murderous dictator.

Fox deliberately did harm to Dominion for ratings and profits. Fox needs to be punished for that. It's the right thing to do.
1
@Anon-xd3cf You want so badly for there to be fraud. Sorry, but there was no fraud. Trump lost by being a bad candidate.
1
That's not how the law works. You don't have to prove that something DIDN'T happen. It is the responsibility of the accuser to prove that something DID. Nevertheless, Fox has had access to Dominion's systems during the discovery process. They were able to interview election workers and Dominion executives. They were never able to find evidence of fraud. They lied. They knew they were lying. It's all in the emails and texts.
1
@sliceoflife5812 How can one possibly be unbiased about this case. Fox lied, on purpose. That is crystal clear.
1
Your spelling is so bad, youtube is asking if I want to translate it to English. Lol

@jeffdo9195 Lagit is not a word.

Why wouldn't we hate Fox News? Why would anyone respect a news organization that we know beyond a doubt lies to their viewers, on purpose, for ratings and profit. We have the emails and text messages. When I see emails and text messages showing another news organization deliberately lies to me, I will hate them too. The level of disrespect Fox has for its viewers is just. Wow!
1
Why would Dominion lose? Fox wronged them. On purpose. For ratings and profit.
