  1. Easy to say all that once the pandemic is over and we don't have 2,000 people dying per day. Covid was the No. 3 cause of death in 2020 and life expectancy for people living in the U.S. actually went down that year. But people (mainly Republicans) made it a part of their identity to defy minor inconveniences in the name of "freedom." Republicans probabaly would have done better in the 2022 elections if they hadn'tet so many of their voters die in the name of "freedom."
