Cathryn Moody Here we go with the name calling when we can't win with facts. I'm so bored with it really. Don't you ever get tired of defending Donald Trump when he does something dumb, stupid, or childish? What is this a cult?
2
Cathryn Moody The difference between you and me though is I brought relevant facts. You just came here to argue.
2
@EvenStarLoveAnanda Please continue healing people with Chlorine Dioxide = MMS. Just as long as you only give it to Trump voters. I'm so excited for you. Spread the word.
2
Hey im Life So I assume you’re rooting for the Palestinians then right?
2
Kind of like when Trump decided to suddenly send the military to the border right before the election. Then after the election, the military suddenly was no longer needed because the border was solved.
2
Chris Boken Amnesty for people who have lived here since they were 7 years old on average and are now in their 20s and 30s (Dreamers). I see absolutely no problem with amnesty for them (just like the vast majority of the country). You gonna send them to a country they don’t know and might not even speak the language, just because of their parents?? They don’t have rights of citizens even though this is the only place they’ve ever known. Imagine if it was you...if you can. How would you like to be deported after 20 years because of your parents? Would you just self-deport
2
Realize that there is very little the House can actually do while the Republican led Senate is also out of town on vacation. Especially when we have a Republican president who would veto anything they pass anyway.
2
All they can do is compel people b to testify, which they are doing.
2
@erniellerena So you are making the point that our doctors are doing a good job saving sick people. That's great! Yet, we don't seem to be able to get the rate of infection under control...the whole root of the problem. What good does it do to keep "a higher proportion" of sick people from dying if you give up on keeping people from getting sick in the first place? Overall we still have many, many, MANY times the number of people dying....even accounting for our larger population.
2
@WatchTashi NBC doesn't have texts and emails show that they are deliberately lying to boost their ratings. You can speculate all you want, but Fox has just been outed as a political propaganda machine. The hosts clearly think you are stupid and that you will fall for anything if it makes you feel good.
1
Because he didn't have to this time, so he chose not to.
1
"Addiction is a sickness, not a crime." Isn't that what so many Republicans say when THEY are the victims of drug addiction? So eager to offer help to opiod addicts, conservatives call it an "epidemic" instead of a crime wave. So eager to offer money and pass new laws to help people get treatment. But when it involves your political foes or black people, suddenly drug addiction is a crime. Law and order is in style only when it doesn't affect YOU.

@danialhillmann5374 First, Biden is doing interviews. You just don't watch them. Second, no sitting president runs against other people in the own party. Clinton didn't. Bush didn't. Obama didn't. And Trump didn't. There's nothing unusual about that.
1
@samesryals6952 Obviously I was being sarcastic. He did not solve immigration, as much as Republicans try to pretend he did. In fact, he didn't even have any immigration policies besides building a wall. It was just 4 years of chaos.
1
She's been working on federal budgets and spending in Congress for 15 years and is already acting director. This just makes it official. Not to mention she has broad bipartisan support in the Senate.
1
@TheCEL92 Biden putting his words into action depends a lot on whether Democrats can take complete control of Congress on Jan 5. Some actions really do require a new law be passed by Congress. Even if it were a president Bernie Sanders. There is a limit to what a president can get away with by executive order. Especially with so many Trump-appointed judges around the country just waiting to strike down anything a Democrat president does. It's the same reason Obama never passed immigration reform or a climate change bill. Republicans in Congress had the power to stop it and they did. And then Republican would sue Obama to stop anything he tried to do something on his own.

@DawnEdwards6267 Ah. How right you are. The KKK was indeed founded by Democrats. But all those conservative Democrats now call themselves Republicans in 2020...as you know. Thanks to Nixon, Reagan, and George Wallace. Sorry you're not going to fool me by telling me half the story. You say Joe Biden has a racist history. How right you are. And normally I would care. But given who his opponent is, I don't care one bit. Because Donald Trump is at least 30x worse. And you spent 5 years ignoring that. https://www.google.com/amp/s/therobertreport.net/2020/06/01/why-do-people-think-trump-supporters-are-stupid/amp/
1
@mayhem2880 I just looked it up. It specifically says it's a conspiracy theory on like the first or second result. This feels like a waste of my time.
1
@cookupcuse7152 Muddying the water is exactly what Reoublicans are doing. They know the worst part about what Trump did is the obstruction. But they're trying to act like it's all the same.
1
@DogRedful You don't get to laugh at Democrats for believing Trump would collude with a foreign country when he just got impeached two years ago for colluding with Ukraine. And then he tried to cover it up. Your lack of self-awareness is shocking.
1
@DogRedful So you believe what I said was nonsense? How about you tell me what happened with Ukraine then. Tell me if Trump did or did not pressure them against their will into announcing an investigation against Biden. In addition, tell me if he did or did not suggest using disinfectant or "very powerful light" or a "flu shot" to cure a Covid infection. Dumb. He was soooo dumb.
1
@time4477 Exactly!
1
@DogRedful No
1
Well of course Trump's supporters are going to call this political. A better question is why should Trump get away with it? 🤔 All he had to do was accept the will of the courts, just like Al Gore did in 2000. He could still run again in 2024. But instead, he decided to come up with all these illegal schemes to install himself back in power.
1
@truth-dickhead3306 Everything you said is factually wrong. The people of the US still have the highest income per capita. The only differences with Norway are they have better childhood education (college there is free btw) and people in Norway are happier (clearly money isn't everything).
1
@nancyreichenbach2938 Not correct. The United States does still have the largest economy. China is catching up (they have a lot more people who can contribute to the economy)....but they have not caught us yet. Check the numbers, it's literally public info.
1
@nancyreichenbach2938 Check the GDP numbers. China's GDP (the usual measure of the size of a country's economy) is $14.7 trillion. The US has a GDP of $21 trillion. The numbers don't lie. China has NOT caught up to us yet. Not to mention the fact that the average person's income in China is a fraction of what it is in the US. However, China's economy probably will truly pass ours within 5 years. But they also have 4x the population we do. So it's hard to compete with that. Not to mention that they actually spend a lot of money on stuff to grow their economy. In the US, we are always looking for ways to not spend money on stuff. But then we get mad that China is catching us.
1
@truth-dickhead3306 That may be true. But the reason those countries are like that is because they are the #socialist countries that half the country is so afraid of. We always talk about how other countries are surpassing us in different areas...but we refuse to copy how they got there because "WE AMERICAN PATRIOTS HATE GOVERNMENT, TAXES, AND SOCIALISM". Lol. When you don't find a happy balance between capitalism and socialism, you end up with extreme wealth inequality like we have here.
1
@truth-dickhead3306 It's funny because all your complaints have to do with how capitalist we are and how our politicians are paid off by big business. It sounds like you prefer the "more government" control approach, but you just don't like our government because our politicians are being paid off. I forgot, but which of the two parties was it that is most focused on making it easier for big business to pay off politicians by making big secret campaign donations? 🤔 And which party keeps trying to pass laws to get big money out of politics but they keep being blocked by the other party? 🧐
1
@nancyreichenbach2938 Well stop waiting for stuff to be fed to you and go look it up on the proper databases. That's what we were supposed to have learned how to do in school. If you are getting your news from Facebook, cable TV, or niche YouTube channels, thats your fault. Reliable information should be boring, not exciting or anger-provocing.
1
@truth-dickhead3306 First of all, Russia has not been a socialist (actually communist) country for 30 years. So you're off there. Second of all, you bring up Cuba and Venezuela as the two other "bad" socialist countries, but you ignore the 20+ socialist countries in Europe (like Germany, Luxembourg, the UK, France, Switzerland, and Sweden...also Canada) that have not failed. Cherrypicking statistics to spread fear AKA disinformation.
1
@nancyreichenbach2938 It's because you were putting out false information without checking your facts. Just because you heard something somewhere that fits what you want to believe doesn't make it true. Americans always fall for the exciting headline instead of just doing a Google search to see if it's true.
1
@truth-dickhead3306 Bro, you keep sending mixed signals like you don't really know what you want. Once again, you literally just told me you would prefer live under the European model. I'm glad we can agree that socialism is not completely bad. Because the European model is LITERALLY what Bernie Sanders wanted to do. But I'd be willing to bet $100 you didn't vote for Bernie Sanders. And in all those European countries we mentioned, he would be considered a conservative. Why not actually vote for what you keep saying you want? Honestly you seem to be more content to have something to complain about rather than vote for actual solutions to those problems. It's insane bro. You sound super conflicted and confused like you kinda like socialism but people around you keep telling you that you're supposed to hate it.
1
It would be hard to find someone more qualified than her for this role. She's been doing basically the same thing in Congress for 15 years. And she's been acting director since thr beginning of the year already after Neera Tanden's nomination was dropped. Republicans themselves were saying they would prefer Shalanda over who Biden originally nominated
1
It's not a fishing expedition if they found the specific evidence of crime they went there looking for. 103 classified documents that Trump refuses to say in court that he actially declassified.... because it's a lie.
1
@Sunny bob Quackers A failed coup attempt. Sorry but you are not going to win this battle of words. The history of Jan 6 is settled. All that's left now is to continue with the 1,000+ arrests
1
It would be difficult to be more qualifies than she is for the job. She's been handling federal budgets and spending for thr past 15 years. And she's already acting director
1
@Hatorian1 So basically you're saying that Buttigieg is not qualified for his position. Neither was Donald Trump's pick for Energy, EPA, or Housing and Development. Zero related experience. Were you complaining then? A president with no government experience. Were you complaining? Now back to Shalanda Young. She has 15 years of related experience and bipartisan support in the Senate that ealier confirmed her as Deputy Director. But you came to the comments section to trash her. Why?
1
Conservatives think diversity is automatically bad for them. They felt much more comfortable when people running things were 98% white (plus a token black person so they don't look bad).
1
Why? So conservatives can drum up more hate against another minority population?
1
If Hutchinson was there in the room when people said it, it is NOT hearsay. Hearsay is secondhand testimony. What Hutchinson gave is first hand direct testimony. Look it up. Liberals get mad when you tell them a lie. Conservatives get mad when you tell them the truth.
1
Except Trump took HUNDREDS of classified documents purposefully LIED to the FBI. Biden had a few dozen. So kind of the opposite of what you said.
1
@Dandandan3 And what is your evidence of this? I'm guessing your response is "the evidence will come out."
1
Obama's birth certificate. "The evidence will come out." Benghazi "The evidence will come out." Obama wiretapped Trump "The evidence will come out." Voter fraud in the 2020 election "The evidence will come out." The Durham investigation "The evidence will come out." Something, something, Biden and China. "The evidence will come out." Will Republicans EVER stop jumping to conclusions before the evidence comes out? It's getting ridiculous.
1
@Dandandan3 Yada yada yada. You wish. Like I said, it's always "the truth will come out." If the truth is not already out, you should not be making assumptions. That is dumb. It's makes you a conspiracy theorist. We're still waiting for the "truth to come out" about the 2020 election.
1
@Dandandan3 Conspiracy nut
1
US policy. Not improper. I dont care how many times you say it.
1
Did CNN destroy faith in our democracy? No. Did CNN cause the capitol riot? No. Does CNN threaten to fire people for fact-checking the president? No. Fox? Yes, yes, and yes.
1
Maybe Republicans should call for protests. Then later this year we might have another select committee to investigate the resulting March 21st attack on Manhattan by Trump supporters 😂
