@donsims1941 Actually even you would not get arrested for having classified documents if it wasn't purposeful. Two words you will keep hearing when it comes to classified documents are KNOWINGLY and INTENT. That's what is needed to prosecute. It's like mistakenly taking a library book and returning it vs stealing a library book and refusing to give it back after being notified.

@cookupcuse7152 Muddying the water is exactly what Reoublicans are doing. They know the worst part about what Trump did is the obstruction. But they're trying to act like it's all the same.

@jaayyy931 And that's why there is an FBI investigation to see if it was him that put them there (vs some aide) and if it was intentional. Meanwhile, we have Trump KNOWINGLY possessing them AND obstructing justice by lying and defying a grand jury subpoena. And don't even bother trying to say he "declassified" them. Because everyone with half a brain cell knows that's incredibly stupid and is a lie.
