  1. Well have you looked at who is being considered for the spot? Perhaps they have merit. After all, Amy Coney Barrett. Trump's last pick, only served as a judge for 2 years before being appointed to the high court. Pretty sure whoever Biden picks will have more "merit," as you say.

  3. MLK also said that America defaulted on its promissory when it came to its treatment of black people. Why is it that conservatives consider every attempt to fix 200+ years of discrimination racist? All the people being looked at by Biden have WAYYYY more experience as a judge than Trump's last pick did before he appointed her to the court (after Trump promised to pick a woman, btw). Why as soon as someone says black do conservatives collectively lose their minds? 230+ years discriminating against black women wasn't enough to appease you?
