Republicans and Trump supporters represent a minority of the country imposing their will on everyone else. It's just like aparteid in South Africa. Even psychologists have it figured out. It all boils down to a deep-seated distrust of the party seen as fighting for minorities and immigrants. You gave Obama a chance but now you're not having it anymore.
