If your attorney tells you to plead the Fifth, it means telling the truth will probabaly get you thrown in prison for being a criminal. So of course you should listen to them 😂

@anthonyvono2878 Well that f.u. means this civil case against him and his company is pretty much a slam dunk. By pleading the Fifth he just sacrificed the future of his company so he can stay out of prison.

@jlnbroadcast True. But she's got the goods. Trump's company did commit years and years of fraud. The judge is not going to throw out perfectly good evidence just because she's anti-Trump. That's not how our legal system works.

In that case, he should pick and choose what to say the 5th to in consultation with his lawyer. Saying the 5th to EVERYTHING obviously makes you look enormously guilty. When you run for president, your life goes under the microscope. Even his supporters know he's guilty of financial fraud. But like a child's parent, they only want to see the best in him. Blame the investigators for daring to catch him.
