@JamesSmith-lt6fb Are you saying God made a mistake?? Religious people are always putting out their opinion on who is and is not part of God's plan. This is what causes people to become atheist. Too much of religion is based on what you "believe" to be true. So unless you're saying God made a mistake, I'm afraid Biden is part of his plan. So you need to support Biden, or you might make someone angry.
1
@JamesSmith-lt6fb Says the guy who supported a narcissistic sociopath who is one of the greatest sinners of all time. One of the most vain, cruel, untruthful leaders in world history. He and his party literally tried to steal an election to stay in power. Imagine if Biden did it. Imagine if Obama or Hillary did it. You can't imagine it, because it would never happen. If Trump is what religious (white) people cherish nowadays, maybe I can do without religion. I thought religion was about caring, and giving, and kindness. I thought religious was about being selfless. About helping those less fortunate. Being like Jesus. And I'm pretty sure Jesus wasn't a capitalist. Trump is the complete opposite of Jesus. If Christianity now means you must support Trump, maybe I need a new religion. Too much hypocrisy.
1
@JamesSmith-lt6fb "Stop using religion to promote your political views" .... says the guy using religion to promote his political views. Just proved my point. And you're spreading hate by calling Democrats pathetic. You use that language in Church? You think Jesus used that language to describe his opponents. I don't think so. Religious hypocrisy.

@pwilliam255 Actually in a numerical sense, their profits should go up regardless. But those higher profits mean less due to inflation. What should stay the same are the percentages. Both expenses and profits (expense margins and profit margins) should stay the same percentage of revenues. Of course as you pointed out, profit margins are going up and expense margins are going down. Because companies it's are raising their prices (revenues) faster than their expenses are going up. Good for the stock price. Bad for our wallets.

The story is soooo suspicious though. Somehow, someone randomly "forgot" to pick up Hunter Biden's laptop (of all people) at a computer repair shop owned by an avid Trump supporter. But the owner can't really remember who dropped it off because he's "legally blind.".....seriously?? (a blind computer repair guy) And the laptop just happened to have emails from Burisma on it incriminating to Joe Biden (what computer repair store searches through a customer's emails?). And then Trump's FBI just randomly came and retrieved the laptop and covered it up for over a YEAR. But not before the shop owner copied the hard drive. So then Rudy Giuliani .... (of all people), who is working with a US-designated Russian intelligence agent to find dirt on Biden .... somehow ends up with a copy of the hard drive (because, you know, he has lots of friends in the computer repair business). But instead of giving the hard drive to the New York Post so they could verify the data, he works with Steve Bannon and gives pictures of the incriminating emails to the New York Post. After Giuliani sat on this information for a YEAR. But he won't allow ANY other news outlets to look at the evidence. So much about this seems so ridiculous. It's like a manufactured October suprise.
1
Yup. We definitely want someone who supported a coup and can't condemn white supremacists to run for president in 2024.
1
It's a publicly traded company. Almost everything you'd possibly want to know is already publicly released 4 times per year. Not wanting to sell your company doesn't make you crooked.
1
@shinymew2887 Well seeing as knives have many uses other than killing....

@angrykitty2591 Why? It's so suspicious the FBI is looking into it.

@Day &Night Proven by who? An email from Rudy Giuliani?
1
Because it jumped up in value when news came out that he had bought a big chunk of the company. So you'd assume it would go back down if he sells.
1
They could do it very quickly by raising interest rates to 5 percent today. But they would crash the economy.
1
He's not going to raise taxes during a recession. Any person with a decent understanding of economics knows that you cut taxes when times are bad, and raise them when times are good. Gives you a stable growing economy with low inflation and the ability to pay off debt. But the biggest scam ever was Republicans pretending to care about debt. That's why they exploded the deficit with tax cuts for the rich under Trump (when times were already good)..... after they had just spent 8 years criticizing Obama for wanting to spend any money to pull us out of a recession.

@flashyboy626 Most deaths in the world
1
@flashyboy626 3% case fatality rate. But still we have the most deaths in the world. So basically we've gotten good at treating it, but only because we let so many people get infected and die in the first place. Trump: "But at least we didn't panic"
1
@theJingaja I'm going to pop your bubble now. Back in July, South Korea had just over 300 deaths in a country of 50 million. Here in the US, we had almost 150,000 in a country of 300 million. The US has 6x the population and over 500x the number of deaths. FIVE HUNDRED. Can you explain that? One word: FAILURE
1
@theJingaja European Union population: 446 million Deaths: 183,000 US population: 325 million Deaths: 190,000 One word: FAILURE
1
@theJingaja We have 70% the population of the European Union and MORE DEATHS We have 6x the poplation of South Korea and 500x MORE DEATHS Does that not compute for you? Whose fault is that?
1
@AMIN MOHAMED Wby should we take what we heard about Trump with a grain of salt? He always disparaged the military on camera. Why would he be any different off camera? Assuming Trump loses, I wonder how many of his supporters are going to admit that what they were doing was a little cultish. You know he is a bad person. Yet you constantly act like he wouldn't do bad things.
1
@flashyboy626 Actually my argument is even more valid. Why have the US and Brazil had it so bad??? Because we both had presidents that downplayed it and told everyone it was no big deal. So you just proved my point. Thank you. By the way, the US has 6 million cases to Brazil's 4 million.
1
@flashyboy626 You can believe whatever you want to believe about where it came from. Donald Trump still did terrible job. Remember how he got rid of the pandemic response team? Then he tried to act like nobody knew how bad it was going to be. Why do you still even support him? Do you hate Democrtas that much?
1
@flashyboy626 Yet you're only defending the Republican. You're so full of it.
1
Why are you defending Donald Trump if you don't care for him?
1
@flashyboy626 My guess is that Trump needs to lose by upwards of 10 million votes for the lies to stop. For Donald Trump's supporters to stop inventing their own reality.
1
@flashyboy626 So you're making the point that Biden and Kamala are more conservative than they appear. So why do you support the idiot Donald Trump over them if they are actually conservative?
1
@flashyboy626 I'm supporting them because they are not Trump. Duh. I don't want a cruel, racist, dumb person running my country. Thats common sense. No one close to Donald Trump ever has anything good to say about him. Except his wife, his kids and his press secretary. Now you're making the point that Biden and Kamala are more conservative than they appear. So why do you support the idiot Donald Trump over them if they are actually conservative?
1
@theJingaja There you go trying to spread blame. It's always somebody else's failure. Can't be Trump. Anything good happens, you say its thanks to Trump. Anything bad happens and it's either media bias or someone else's fault. A CULT I'll ask again, if Biden and Kamala are really conservatives why aren't you supporting them?
1
@theJingaja It's not about winning. It's about doing the right thing. Half the country seems to have forgotten that. Just Do The Right Thing
1
Huh? That's called communication. The best communicators use their hands. I thought everyone learned that in their mandatory speech class in college.
1
There is no defense against an emp. Unless you want to cover the whole country with aluminum foil.
1
@TRIIGGAVELLI No thanks, we don't need to split the country up. Conservatives keep threatening to seceed whenever someone suggests doing something for the greater good (like ending slavery). Learn to adapt to change....your biggest fear. Learning to adapt to positive change is healthy. This is America, LAND OF OPPORTUNITY (not land of me, me, me).
1
@TRIIGGAVELLI Oh look how fast you tried to gloss over the party switch again, and how the segregationists all went to the Republican Party. Looks like you're still pushing the "segregation is good" message.
1
@TRIIGGAVELLI Because you don't care to keep up with the whole truth. Also, you not being able to adapt is a sign of weakness. Human beings were also not designed to sit in an office or to stick with one mate for life. BUT WE ADAPT. We are not animals. Don't be weak. Adapt to modern society. Stop the culture wars. Find a hobby.
1
@TRIIGGAVELLI You are not supporting societal change. You just want us to go back to the 1950s where the white man was on top. I'm sorry you feel left behind. You will have to compete with everyone else now. ADAPT. We don't need your culture wars and grievances. Today's generation doesn't care about your old-fashioned values of segregation. Integration is the current model of society.
1
@TRIIGGAVELLI Funny how Republicans always accuse the left of pulling the race card. Yet here you are basically admitting that you prefer white people to be on top. Had a feeling it was hidden in there somewhere. This is the modern Republican Party. Then they wonder why they can never win the popular vote. It ain't voter fraud. Modern Republicans truly do bathe in racism. It's quite evil and quite obvious. But hey, if that's your cup of tea. Party of Jesus.... my ass. Religious only when it suits you.
1
@TRIIGGAVELLI Yup we have ourselves here a verified white supremacist. Are you trying to say that Chicago was heaven before there was a black mayor? Chicago was always a target for Republicans. But now there's a black mayor and it's suddenly so bad for you. Always another scapegoat. Like I said, we have ourselves here a verified white supremacist. The Republican Party is perfect for you. And tell your comrades to stop hiding behind their white sheets by accusing us on the left of pulling the race card. We call it where we see it.
1
@TRIIGGAVELLI America was quite a bit better when Barack Obama was president. Everyone was happy except for the Fox News crowd. Of course Fox News is a public company that profits off pushing fear and hate of the other, so we'll disregard that crowd.
1
@TRIIGGAVELLI I'm from Chicago too 🖐. It's a big city
1
@TRIIGGAVELLI But you're definitely definitely the first white supremacist I've heard from around these parts. Most of them are too scared to live in Chicago. City seems a little too diverse for your tastes.
1
@TRIIGGAVELLI Well what are you waiting for?? You seem unhappy. Get to movin
1
@TRIIGGAVELLI Alabama and Mississippi are waiting for you. You'll feel much more at home.
1
@TRIIGGAVELLI Have fun in Mississippi. May you find many like-minded people in your efforts to divide us up. That way the FBI can catch you all as you plan your next feeble attack on the government. I will spend all eternity laughing at your sad attempts to turn back the clock to our racist past. Donald Trump getting kicked out after one term was a clear sign that it will not be tolerated. We have moved on.
1
@Jonathan-gk6se The current president does care about inflation. But anything he or the Federal Reserve does money-wise to stop inflation will likely slow down the economy. It's a tricky balancing act, especially since we are still trying to increase employment. Do you hit the brakes on the economy to stop inflation or do you try to fix those global supply chain issues that are pushing up the prices of food, computer chips, and gas? 🤷🏾♂️

@briandavis849 PayPal is NOT a social media company. Literally EVERYONE told him that his ideas would not work when applied to social media. They told him it was more complicated than solving an engineering or software problem. Because he's dealing complex human interaction. But he failed to listen. So he goes full maga and reactivates the accounts of Nazis while suspending the accounts of journalists. He attacks his own customers. And in the process, he has done tremendous damage to Tesla and his own personal brand.
1
@briandavis849 It's not silly. Everything I said is true and quite verifiable. "If you want to upset liberal, tell him a lie. If you want to upset a conservative, tell him the truth." Elon is running Twitter into the ground.
1
@briandavis849 It's not thriving. It's losing more money than ever.
1
@briandavis849 If things were so good, Elon would not have asked users if he should step down as CEO. And that is a FACT.
1
@briandavis849 Yeah. Just a little fun losing half of Twitter's largest advertisers, sending Tesla's stock price into the gutter, destroying his brand image with Tesla's target market (people who care about climate change), and angering his Saudi investors. If bots were such a problem, why did he allow Trump back on based on a poll? Oh right, election results are only fraudulent when you lose. The GOP taught you well. The hero worship is just 🤮
