  1. No one can predict the market. If it were that easy to predict that this were a trap, everyone would have already sold. Unlike the 2008 crisis which resulted from mortgage bond investors funneling trillions into giving bad mortgage loans to people with no hope of repayment, there is no obvious bubble here. There could be, but most of these companies are quite profitable. Besides, people who try to predict market bubbles often get burned when things don't come back down like they thought. Just pick a certain amount of risk you're willing to take and stick with it. No one can predict the future.
