You getting angry over 1 out of 116 being a black woman carries a hint of white supremacy. How did white Americans act when they had to deal with taxation without representation? They didn't handle it well. Black people feel the same way - they don't appreciate all the levers of power being controlled by people who don't like or care about them.

If Obama does something to help black people, conservatives say he "racist." If Biden does something to help black people, conservatives say he's "politicizing race". I think the common denominator here is that conservatives don't want black people to have representation.

Yes. Just not 3 months before the retirement. It's understandable though because if something happened to one of the Democrats and they lost their 50/50 tie in the Senate, Republicans have already said they had no intention on letting Biden's nominee have a hearing. The disrepect shown to the first black woman to be nominated in over 200 years is painful to see, but not surprising coming from the party that sees equality between white people and black people as a threat.
