Genius. You're only supposed to be unbiased BEFORE you've heard the evidence.

@coolbalq Well yeah that's your opinion about Trump. We'll find out in 2 years. As far as the grand jury rules, that only applies to federal grand juries. The rules are less strict in Georgia. I'll admit I just found that out yesterday. I was surprised she went on TV too. Pretty sure she regrets it with all the negative attention she got from both sides. Republicans mad she's so happy she got to recommend lots of people for prosecution. Democrats mad she might blow up the case.
3
@coolbalq Nope. Not that lucky. There's a separate grand jury that brings the indictments. Pretty much all the legal experts are saying that what she did wasn't super helpful BUT it also wasn't harmful to the case. Basically just an annoyance.

I think she should get security. This cannot be good for her safety.

@morrisfletcher9075 Her comment has no bearing on the case. The report is already written and they think crimes have been committed. That jury has now been disbanded. She can now say or feel whatever she likes. As long as she doesn't talk about the jury's internal reasoning and deliberation process. She can even say who was recommended for prosecution, but she rightly chose not to. The prosecutor will make her own charging decisions.

@morrisfletcher9075 Just because she said it would have been cool does not mean it wouldn't have been based on facts. In case you forgot, he is the TARGET of the investigation. The only reason they didn't subpoena him was because Trump would have delayed it for a year fighting them in court. And then after all the delays, he would just pleaded the Fifth to all their questions (like the mob).

@bullfighter865 Well there wasn't fraud in Georgia. So what's the problem? Also, Trump will have a chance to filter out any the jury bias when he gets charged and goes to trial. Just like every other Defendant. Just a reminder that are no requirements that members of a jury can't have political views.
1
@coolbalq No it's not a federal case. Most election laws are at the state level. The investigation is being led by the Fulton Country District Attorney's office in Atlanta. That's where Trump tried to get them to flip more votes to him in order to "recalculate" the result after he lost Georgia.

@bullfighter865 Said like a true conspiracy theorist. ONLY YOU know the "real" truth. Everyone else is a sheep 🐑 Btw, I'm really, REALLY enjoying the proceedings of this billion $ defamation suit against Fox News by Dominion. It's not too often you see the internal communications of all the hosts and executives admitting they are lying to their audience about the election for ratings and profit. They gotta "respect" the audience, tell em what they want to hear 😉 To think Tucker and Hannity tried to get a Fox reporter fired for fact checking Trump. I'm still reading the court filing now. The dishonesty is jawdropping

I like presidents that weren't impeached twice for trying to steal the same election.

The jury already finished their work in December.

If if that were true, they would still have to convince a jury. And Trump lawyers would be there defending him. Everyone is sooo concerned about the system being corrupt, but they don't care about the fact that Trump tried to illegally steal an election he lost. Criminal.

Genius. You're only supposed to be unbiased BEFORE you've heard the evidence. And they already completed their job and wrote their report.
