Under India’s electoral system, the party or alliance that wins more than 272 seats in the 543-member parliament can form a government. Opposition parties including the Indian National Congress won 235 seats. Modi merely won 238 seats (44%). (ASTHA RAJVANSHI TIME). How is is possible that China is able to develop TicTok and DeepSeek AI before the Indian ceos/techies/tech gurus/IT experts could? How is it possible that a small-time company such as OpenAI (Sam Altman), with extremely limited resources and manpower, is able to develop ChatGPT before the Indian ceos/techies/tech gurus/IT experts could? If I am the major shareholder of those big tech companies, I would appoint a CEO who could deliver results (merit) rather than those CEO who excels at curry favor.
