@chocoluvluv Indians realized that they can't win in Olympic games competing with 100+ countries and hence, they allocated all their time and effort and resources on ICC cricket games because ICC cricket has less than 20 participating countries, which is far easier to win. Hence, they have built the world's biggest stadium in the world, the Narendra Modi Stadium, in Ahmedabad, and had spent so much money on cricket marketing, player development, media etc.

When people talks about the international/global sports Olympic games which are particpated by 150+ countries, Indian brags about amatuer sports ICC cricket, which is participated by less than 20 countries. Indian thinks that their achievements in the amatuer's sports is such a big deal that it overshadows the international sports Olympic Games.🤭🤣😂That is why India won 20+ "gold" in the Asian games (amatuer sports) but ZERO gold in the Olympic games (international sports).
