In a short span of 2 months, India sends 2 high ranking diplomats to China seeking financial aid, trade and ways to reduce the hundreds of billions of trade deficit India had with China, in China's favor.   36. Ranking is not accurate. The only evidences that India had of their space achievements is a few Bollywood videos. They are 1) unable to show the world concrete proof like lunar samples (the samples probably contain unknown elements that are not in the periodic table) and 2) unable to perform a "send and fetch" mission for astronauts, out of space and back to earth, within a 6 months gap in between the "send and fetch" mission to prove that they have real capabilities.
