  4. Indians talk very well, give a lot of ideas and motivational speeches, make good PPT presentations and are exceptionally good at curry favor and taking the credit of others. These attributes, coupled with geopolitics, highly explain why Indians get all the promotions. However, what they lack is the ability to deliver tangible results. None of them could make an equivalent of the Chinese TicTok or Chinese DeepSeek AI. Over-paid, over-hyped and over-rated. 🤭
