Putin said for the nuclear deterrent to be on high alert. It reasonably that he will follow it through with the drill as well. That is because Putin think at NATO might do the sudden strike if Russia let their guard down. Russia spend 1/10 of it military asset into Ukraine invasion. 9/10 of the military strength is still not at full strength. And Putin doesn’t look like he is the type to leave things to chance.

@deanfirnatine7814 if your number is correct then Russia is open to an attack already because most of their army is in Ukraine according to your information. For a country that have up to 145 million people population. Having only 300,000 troops is far fetch then my calculation. It really easy to calculate these number since Russia is more or less counter part is US military. And it not like the Russia going to give out their exact number to Western media. If you have other definite number and some document, please share. We can at least watch our demise together in the dawn of world war 3.
