  1. No matter what if the contester is Ukrainian then they almost have automatic win. Song contest in Euro, it always win regardless of talent. Not saying she is not beautiful. In this case. She by law Japanese citizen but the question ask is that does the beauty contest need Japanese look in order to be contest? Because in some really large country like Russia or US, there will be huge selection of beauty contest.
