@rygyouwill5293 you see, it not your job to judge other people because you think it dumb to you or you disagree so therefore it must be dumb. It people like you that separate humanity apart, your my way or the high way is the source of all conflict. You could just post link to prove if what I said is wrong or you could check it yourself. In any case the outcome is agree to disagree and would bring truth to light in one way or another. Be better. Weapons does matter. If Russia going to strike Ukraine regardless, the more army and war potential Ukraine army have. The hard the hit and explosive being on them.
