I been thinking on this after you mention it many many time about how the Kiev government is not yet being mark as terrorist, I think it because Russia Federation is being a bigger man by not move this to the final escalation. Like how the western countries don't out right mark Russia Federation as terrorist is because when they do that, Russia Federation will cut tie with that country and close down the embassy right away because government don't negotiate with terrorist. And when place is being mark as terrorist stronghold, all the SMO limitation is off the table, the military can use whatever they can in term of weapons and military power. all the negotiation is also off the table the choice that giving to the Ukraine Kiev government will only be surrender or die. I don't think Russia Federation is willing to step into this direction like what the US did when they mark other country terrorist then decide to go bomb them. I can sense and understand how frustration it is from Russian citizen stand point but this global politic is one of the most painful and torturous step but it all come down to trying to save the slav brother and sister. I would be wrong in my point of view but I believe that if Ukraine keep doing what they doing now, more and more Ukraine citizen will be willing to join Russia Federation instead of staying as Ukraine, after all Ukraine is in humongous debt.
