  1. I could not count the depreciation cost for the tank since it been around since the 72 but it is being refurbished and upgrade. Anyone have any idea on how ? In term of cost, if the tank itself is at 0 on the depreciation value then it get hit with lasted ATGM, does this count as good investment or just out right bad investment ?
